The staff are very friendly, they offer really good customer service. The gardens are well kept. The pools and restaurants are very clean. A lovely lady arranged my romantic meal on the beach to celebrate my birthday.

The villa was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were a generous size and had everything i needed for my stay. The pool and sala areas were also a good size with lots of sun during the daytime.

Meals at the restaurants were consistently great with good food. A fair selection of dishes was on offer. The staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was der hammer, it did not leave any wishes open.

The hotel beach had lovely soft sand and there was enough shallow waters for kids to play in the sea. The resort is very quiet. The hotel offers a shuttle from the hotel to chaweng and back twice a day.

The staff are wonderful and May at the Spa is AMAZING. The staff go above and BEYOND. The team is sympathetic and smiling. The reception is always anxious to fulfill wishes.

The layout of the pool villa was quite excellent. It included two bedrooms. a bluetooth speaker was available in the room. the pool was very clean.. the villa itself was also generously sized, very beneficial for my brief stay.
the floors in the villa were slightly slippery.

I particularly enjoyed the private garden pool area. It was immaculate. The hotel provided a daily shuttle to chaweng beach. I found it very convenient. i also appreciated the gym, it was well-equipped. the services were superb, and i'm grateful for such hospitality.
The seclusion was a little limiting. A massage required taxis. it was a minor inconvenience, but a more accessible spa would enhance the experience. the location makes spontaneity difficult.

The resort features two main restaurants. Both offer a delicious mix of thai and western cuisine. The western dishes were prepared well. Some rivaled dishes i've had in their countries of origin, which i consider excellent.

I found the gardens very well maintained with lush vegetation. The location was ideal, and the private beach was fine. The staff provided coconut ice cream upon arrival, SUCH a good welcome. I also appreciated the traditional Thai sweets left during the turndown service. Such a lovely touch.
The gym equipment could use some updating. Some of the machines felt a bit old.

The pool villa was spacious and BEAUTIFULLY presented. It was perfect for my family. The private pool gave us our own tropical sanctuary. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean.

The gym equipment was quite dated. Some machines were out of order. the air conditioning in the spa wasn't working. i also had trouble with the wifi, it kept disconnecting. the signal was very weak in certain areas of the room and by the pool.
